Basement dust control
The HVAC can only do so much when it comes to bulk dust removal, especially the heavier ones that need to be blown off the floors. Inspired by the COVID era DIY home air purifier, I pieced together a rolling platform with some wood laying around in the garage. The idea here is to slap a high CFM box fan in the front, accompanied by 3 large HVAC filters that can be bought just about everywhere. The final part to this is a TP-LINK smart plug that allow me to set a schedule for the fan to run every night, and automatically turn off in the morning. So far it is doing its job nicely.
